We would like to know where things went wrong, or how we can enhance our services. As we have already mentioned, Before we start any project, we charge 50% upfront payment which is non-refundable if you quit in between. Furthermore, additional work will cost extra hourly payment according to the nature of work.
In the case of logical complains your payment can be refunded if it is more than 50% amount. Please note, when we try to process the refund as quickly as possible, for credit card payments it can take up to 10 to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your credit card account.
